Here is a daily salad recipe from YaGoat. This Egyptian "Balady" vegan salad is magic to your over all health and has positive effect in reducing erectile dysfunction.
Ingredients: (salad for 2)
1- 4 Red hard tomatoes
2- A bundle of green fresh water crest
3- 1 Medium size blue (purple) or sweet onions
4- 3 Kerby (similar to cucumber)
5- 1 long hot pepper
6- 1 inch fresh ginger root
7- 2 tablespoons vinegar (white or apple cider)
8- 4 tsp of virgin olive oil
9- 1 green lime
10 - 1/2 tsp ground cumin
11- 1/4 tsp salt
12- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Dice the tomatoes, Kerby, onions and long green pepper into small squares
Dice the water crest leaves, onions and ginger root into very small pieces
Mix all the above in a bowl
Add the vinegar, lime juice and olive oil on the top
Add the spices and mix well with a big spoon
Chill the salad in the fridge for 15 minutes
Serve the salad and enjoy your lunch.
Keep in mind, you can add grilled Salmon on the top for an excellent complete meal.
